Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website

 

The Wezen Website presents the agency’s activities and introduces its teams.

Any user accessing and browsing the Website is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use and must comply with them.

These terms and conditions of use do not apply to modules integrated within the Website enabling communication with third-party websites and platforms that have established their own terms and conditions of use. We invite all users to review the terms and conditions of use of these modules with their respective publishers.

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Any amendment will be published on the Website and any user accessing the Website after their publication will be deemed to have accepted the amendments.

These terms and conditions of use are governed by French law and any dispute regarding in particular their application and interpretation shall be brought before the Paris Commercial Court.

The Publisher expressly refuses that all or part of the content of its Website, or certain elements that compose it or that are published therein, of whatever nature, be used by any artificial intelligence whatsoever.  

The user is strictly prohibited from carrying out any extraction, collection or reproduction operation, direct or indirect, by any means whatsoever, of all or part of the content and data accessible on the Website. Web Scraping techniques or any other form of automated data extraction are prohibited.

 

Links between the Wezen Website and External Websites

 

Any link from an external website redirecting to the Wezen Website is subject to prior authorisation from the Publisher, who reserves the right to prosecute any infringer. However, the provision of applications and modules offering this possibility is equivalent to authorisation.

Datawords regularly updates the content and systems in place on the Website in order to allow access and use of the Website in the best possible conditions for its users.

However, the Publisher cannot guarantee in real time the timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and integrity of the content published on the Website.

Datawords cannot be held liable for any inconvenience and/or damage caused to a user by the actions of a third party who has used the information disseminated on the Website by unfair technical means. However, the Publisher does not under any circumstances guarantee total accessibility of the Website or the absence of errors and bugs in particular.
