Before Wezen, the process was surprisingly manual, relying on disjointed threads of emails and messaging apps. And with decades of heritage and high-profile sponsorships (Tennis, Golf, Motor Sports), editors struggled to locate approved historical data.


And when a sponsored athlete wins a Grand Slam on a Sunday evening, the brand must publish a perfectly crafted tribute instantly. The lack of a centralized tool made this level of reactivity stressful and prone to error.

A "Linguist-First" AI Orchestration Tool

1. Seamless Headless CMS Integration

We connected Wezen directly to the brand’s Headless CMS (ContentStack) via native API. Now, when a product launch or event is planned, the CMS sends a structured "brief" (metadata) to Wezen, automatically triggering the creation of a specialized task. No more copy-pasting from emails.


2. Deep Cultural Adaptation (Transcreation)

Instead of generic generation, Wezen orchestrates the brand’s private AI models. The AI ingests the brief and pre-fills specific editorial templates. Crucially, it dynamically accesses the brand’s "Master Data"—a repository of all previously validated articles—to ensure the first draft perfectly mimics the House’s unique Tone of Voice and strictly respects naming conventions.

3. Keeping the Linguistic Resources

The platform integrates the brand's strict Proprietary Terminology Database. Words are not just suggestions; they are rules. This ensures that every description of a caliber, bezel, or material complies 100% with the technical and legal guidelines of the Manufacture.

4. UX-Driven Adoption

Where previous attempts with legacy tools failed due to poor user experience, Wezen succeeded. The modern, reactive SaaS interface broke down resistance to change. Editors adopted the tool not because they were forced to, but because it finally gave them a centralized, searchable history of every word ever written by the brand.

The implementation of Wezen has transformed the Communication & Image department from a reactive service into a proactive digital powerhouse. The platform now serves as the single source of truth for the brand’s entire textual heritage.
